Tamil Nadu Premier League 2025 returned for its 9th season in grand fashion. A stepping stone for the emerging cricketers from Tamil Nadu, TNPL has unearthed the likes of Sai Sudharsan, Shahrukh Khan, Varun Chakravarthy, Vijay Shankar, and a few more, featuring in the IPL and the Indian team.

This year’s edition features a star-studded lineup from legends like Ravi Ashwin to rising names such as Andre Siddharth and Manimaran Siddharth, all set to make a mark. TNPL 2025 kicks off with defending champions Dindugal Dragons taking on Lyca Kovai Kings, live from Coimbatore.

The tournament follows a round-robin league stage with 8 teams, and the top 4 teams qualify for the play-offs. The top 2 teams qualify for Qualifier 1, and the teams that finish in 3rd and 4th place will play the Eliminator. The final of this tournament is scheduled for July 6, 2025, at Dindugal.
